David Engstrom is President of the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce–Philadelphia. David is an attorney with Thorp Reed & Armstrong, LLP, a full service law firm with offices in Philadelphia; Pittsburgh; Princeton, New Jersey; Wilmington, Delaware; and Wheeling, West Virginia. David specializes in business law, litigation, and international law. He helps businesses protect and enforce their contracts and intellectual property. In addition, David represents companies in unfair competition, securities, and other corporate law disputes. He counsels companies on issues concerning international trade and export control compliance. David has worked with businesses in the following industries: pharmaceutical, technology, cleantech, chemical, manufacturing, private equity, banking and transportation.
